Cot/highchair available on request (we do not supply cot bed linen)

Electricity charge is £4 per night (taken off you damage security deposit)

Parking - we can register (virtual) two vehicles free of charge to allow you to park in any resident A parking space in any of the back streets behind Dukes or anywhere you see the resident parking A sign. If you are coming in more than two cars please enquire

Check in time is 3pm - Departure time is 10am

Deposit is £300 to secure your booking (holidays booked less than 8 weeks before, full payment is required

Payment is by bank transfer

Damage/Cleaning deposit of £200 is to be paid with full payment, this will be returned to you at the end of your holiday minus your electric payment on condition everything is ok on inspection of Dukes

Conditions: NO smoking in apartment. NO groups of under 25's, NO Pets (property unsuitable
